moln recycling program

In order to realize sustainable travel, moln has a program where we collect and recycle unwanted suitcases for customers who purchase a new suitcase. The collected suitcases are reused depending on their condition, and if this is not possible, they are recycled by material, aiming for a 100% recycling rate.

ご利用の流れ
1.お申し込み
molnのスーツケースをご購入いただいたお客様に、メールにてお申し込み方法をご案内いたします。注文完了メールをご確認ください。
2.集荷
集荷お申し込みが完了したら、配送会社がご希望の日時にご自宅まで集荷に伺います。
3.リユース・リサイクル
回収したスーツケースは、状態に応じて再利用や、素材ごとに分別し100%リサイクルを行います。

注意事項

・ moln スーツケース1点ご購入につき、1台の回収をさせて頂きます。

・ 回収するスーツケースはメーカー、サイズ、状態を問いません。

・ 送料や回収にかかる費用は無料となっております。

・ 本サービスの申し込み対象期間は商品の到着日より30日以内となっております。

・ 一度お引き取りしたスーツケースはご返却ができませんのでご了承ください。

・ お送りいただくスーツケースに梱包、カバーなどは必要ありませんので配達員にそのままお渡しください。

・ 環境への負荷を最小限にするため、状態が良いスーツケースに関して提携業者より中古販売をする可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。
